Abdelhamid NOIRA is an AI, automation and software developer working from Morocco. Through noira.dev, a Moroccan AI digital agency, Abdelhamid NOIRA builds AI and process automation, custom software and API integrations for businesses. ANØM is a product from the same developer: a place to configure AI agents without writing code.

What noira.dev does

noira.dev is the agency behind ANØM. It works with businesses on:

  • AI and process automation: connecting the tools a business already uses and letting AI take over the repetitive steps.
  • Custom software development and API integrations: software built around how a team actually works.
  • Maintenance and support: stepping in for upkeep or urgent issues after launch.

What ANØM is

ANØM (written ANOM in plain text) lets you describe an AI agent in one sentence and get a complete setup: the model, the tools, the rules and how much it may do on its own. You adjust everything in one console, dry-run the plan, and export the agent as JSON or YAML. With the ANØM backend and your own API keys, agents run for real on Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Google Gemini.

What ANØM stands for

  • Plain English first. You should not need to learn a new vocabulary to configure an agent.
  • You stay in control. Agents ask before they act, and every run has hard limits on steps, tool calls and time.
  • Your keys, your accounts. Keys are encrypted and never shown again. ANØM does not resell AI.
  • Honest about limits. Tools that do not run yet are labelled as such.

How ANØM is built

The front end is a Next.js and React application; the API is Express with TypeScript on PostgreSQL. Models are reached through the Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs, and agents can act through GitHub, Slack and Notion. The public site is static and served from Cloudflare.
